What is known about Dawn comes from history, and not much else. To those that were around for the darker days of conflict and death, know her to be the face behind the scenes. Literally. Seen almost always via comm screens, computer screens, and televised images, only a very few can claim to have met the woman in the flesh.
She is one of the three owners of The Consortium and also the Owner of a VR Club deep within the Net. She has been known to have dealing with the Orphan Alley Regulars as well.
